- 500 g grated purple yam (can be found in frozen section of Asian stores)
- 1 1/2 can condensed milk
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/3 cup butter
- In a large work add butter and melt in low heat.
- Add condensed milk, evaporated milk and vanilla then mix well.
- Add the grated purple yam then continue stirring until it becomes thick. You need to constantly stir for 20-25 minutes in low heat.
- Place in greased moulds then let it cool.
- Place in fridge or serve them warm.
