Liver Steak

  • 1/2 kilo Beef or Pork or Chicken liver
  • 2 whole garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 whole onions (ringed)
  • 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
  • ground pepper
  • vegetable oil
  1. Mix soy sauce and garlic and ground pepper and ginger together.
  2. Marinate liver in mixture for 1 hour or more.
  3. Heat oil in frying pan at low fire.
  4. Pour marinated liver in the pan, simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Toss liver and make sure all surfaces are cooked.
  6. Add marinate mixture in the pan and let sauce evaporate until it thickens.
  7. Add onion rings and simmer for 2 minutes.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
