- 1 whole Tuna fish (works with other fish as well)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 whole garlic (chopped)
- 1 tsp. ginger (chopped)
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- Clean fish then slice to approximately half and inch thick.
- Wash the fish slices then drain excess water.
- Mix soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper together.
- Marinate fish in mixture for about 1 hour.
- Heat oil in a pan and begin frying the fish, fry fish until well done.
- Set fish aside in a serving plate after frying.
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 tablespoon full sugar
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoon oil
- dash of pepper
- 2 tablespoons water (optional)
- 2 whole onions (ringed)
- Mix all ingredients in a saucepan except oil.
- Bring to boil in low heat, do not stir.
- Cook until mixture thickens lightly.
- Add onion rings, cook slightly.
- Turn heat off then add oil.
- Pour sauce on top of fish.
- Enjoy!
