Liver Steak
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kilo Beef or Pork or Chicken liver
- 2 whole garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 whole onions (ringed)
- 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
- ground pepper
- vegetable oil
Directions:
- Mix soy sauce and garlic and ground pepper and ginger together.
- Marinate liver in mixture for 1 hour or more.
- Heat oil in frying pan at low fire.
- Pour marinated liver in the pan, simmer for 10 minutes.
- Toss liver and make sure all surfaces are cooked.
- Add marinate mixture in the pan and let sauce evaporate until it thickens.
- Add onion rings and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
